In compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, this page describes the privacy policy adopted by the Acquaseria estate agency for managing the Hotel Acquaseria website with reference to processing the personal data of those visiting, consulting and interacting with the hotel’s web services.
The privacy statement below is provided pursuant to article 13 of Leg. Dec. no. 196/2003. The statement is also based on Recommendation no. 2/2001 adopted on 17/05/2001 by the European Authorities on personal data protection, united in the Group of Guarantors established by art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/CE, to identify the minimum requirements to be adopted to protect the collection of personal data online, as well as the minimum steps that must be taken to protect those that connect to a web page to ensure the fairness and legality of such processing.
Data Controller
The Personal Data Processor is the Acquaseria estate agency. The Data Processor guarantees that personal data processing carried out by Hotel Acquaseria takes place in compliance with the fundamental rights and freedom, as well as the dignity of the individual concerned, with particular reference to privacy, personal identity and right to personal data protection.
Place where Data Processing takes place
The Hotel Acquaseria site can be browsed without having to enter any personal data. The personal data that is given via the Hotel Acquaseria website are processed at its hotel complex in Ponte di Legno, located in Via Castello, Località Acquaseria, and at its legal headquarters in Via Aldo Moro, 5 in Brescia. The data will be stored for the time required under civil and taxation laws.
Visitors that use the forms to book or register for the e-newsletter, must communicate their personal data (name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone no., etc) and authorise processing for each purpose.
Failure to provide consent to personal data processing means that Hotel Acquaseria cannot accept the request for booking and/or the e-newsletter service. The data acquired through this service will in no way be disclosed or distributed without the consent of the individual concerned.
Purpose of Processing
All data acquired are processed exclusively for purposes related to Hotel Acquaseria.
In particular:
- to meet the requirements of current laws, regulations, community legislation and civil and taxation laws;
- to enter personal details in the company’s computerised databases;
- to process internal statistics;
- for administrative and accounting management;
- to send commercial information about its own activities, or those of its parent companies or subsidiaries, to active and/or potential clients;

This information is not collected to be associated with specific individuals, but by its very nature it could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by those who connect to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in sending the request to the server, the size of the files obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server and other parameters relating to the operating system and the computer environment.
These data are used solely for gathering anonymous statistical information about the use of this website and to check that it works correctly. They may also be used to ascertain any liability in the event of potential computer crimes against the site.
